房管局交易所主要职责和业务范围：

1、贯彻执行国家有关房地产交易政策和规定，监督指导我市房地产买卖活动，掌握房地产买卖市场动向，协助研究拟订房地产买卖管理实施办法。

2、办理房地产买卖登记监证及权属转移手续，按规定代为征缴各项税费。

3、开展房地产价值、价格评估，对房地产买卖价格进行监督、审核，配合有关部门，办理房地产买卖、拍卖、征地拆迁补偿等估价业务。

4、对从事房地产拍卖活动的机构进行资质审查及管理，办理房地产拍卖的监证过户。

5、为房地产买卖提供行政监督、业务指导、信息交流、行情预测及有关房地产的法律政策咨询等服务。

6、管理、指导房地产买卖市场的正常运作，查处房地产买卖过程中各种违法行为。
